APPLICATION OF THE AGREEMENT FOR THE FREE USE OF PROPERTY IN VARIOUS LEGAL SYSTEMS

Although the contract for the gratuitous use of property has been known for a long time, there are problems with its application in various areas. In some research papers, ideas have been proposed regarding the application of the gratuitous use agreement in the use of libraries, in the areas of land use, water resources, and donation agreements. The article analyzes the emergence of a contract for the gratuitous use of property. The proposed study provides detailed information on the application of gratuitous use of property in France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and the United States. The author also reveals the differences between gratuitous use agreements in foreign countries and loan, donation and lease agreements. The article studied in detail the scientific views of scientists, the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the period of the development strategy. The author puts forward certain suggestions and ideas.
