IMPROVING THE ACTIVITY OF ELECTION COMMISSIONS IS A GUARANTEE OF OPEN AND TRANSPARENCY OF ELECTIONS

The system of electoral legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the importance of improving the electoral legislation, the organizational and legal foundations of the organization of election commissions ensuring the conduct of elections, the history of development, existing problems in the organization of election commissions, their causes and foreign experiences have been analyzed in this article. Moreover, significant proposals have been developed on ways to achieve a legal, open and transparent election by improving its activities.
