Abstract

In the article, the problems related to the selection and training of personnel for the higher educational institutions of the internal affairs bodies and the improvement of their organizational and legal foundations, the opinions of foreign scientists and specific aspects of the normative documents were studied and theoretically analyzed. In addition, the internal affairs bodies have developed relevant proposals and recommendations for the production of a production solution in everything that indicated the internal legal problems related to the selection and preparation of employees for the higher education institution.
