THE TASKS OF PROSECUTORIAL CONTROL OVER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LAWS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE SPIRIT OF PATRIOTISM

The object of the study is the activity of the Prosecutor's office to monitor the implementation of laws in the field of education of youth in the spirit of patriotism and other regulatory legal documents regulating this activity. The methodological basis of the study consists of a complex of general scientific, private and special methods of cognition. In addition, during the study, such methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization, logical, formal legal were used. The scientific novelty of the study is that this case is one of the scientific studies of the prosecutor on the control of the implementation of laws in the field of educating young people in the spirit of patriotism, during which scientific rules of theoretical significance were developed.
