ARE THE LEGAL FRAMEWORKS FOR THE REGULATION OF THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY SUFFICIENT IN UZBEKISTAN?

The article reveals the essence of the creative industry and its role in the development of the country's economy, the spheres included in this area according to the recommendations of UNCTAD, the need for legal regulation of the creative industry, and analyzes existing organizational and legal problems in this area. It also describes the recommendations of the United Nations and the experience of some foreign countries in supporting and legal regulation of this industry, and develops recommendations for further improvement of the legislative framework of the creative industry.
