DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF LICENSING ACTIVITIES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

This article examines licensing activities in our country as one of the widely used methods of administrative and legal regulation of the economy and examines the opinions of legal scholars on the regulation of licensing by complex legal relations, public and private legal norms, as well as on the directions of development of the legal foundations of licensing activities of internal affairs bodies. In particular, the article also substantiates the circumstances of the assessment of licensing as a means of mass influence limiting the economic relations of the state, reflecting mandatory rules and procedures, as well as the author's suggestions and recommendations.
