LEGISLATION OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES AGAINST THE ILLEGAL ORGANIZATION AND CONDUCT OF GAMBLING AND RISK-BASED GAMES

The scientific article is devoted to the legislation of foreign countries against the illegal organization and conduct of gambling and risk-based games. Based on a differentiated approach, the legislation of the CIS countries and Asian countries to combat the illegal organization and conduct of gambling and risk-based games is analyzed. Based on the consideration of these norms, recommendations were developed for improving the national criminal legal tools for combating the organization and conduct of gambling.
