Ushbu maqolada Jahon savdo tashkiloti doirasida nizolarni hal qilish masalalari, nizolarni ko‘rib chiqish bosqichlari va muddatlari bo‘yicha ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil etilgan. Tashkilotga a’zo-davlat o‘rtasidagi nizolarni hal etishda Jahon savdo tashkilotini huquqiy tabiatini hamda tutgan o‘rnini huquqiy jihatdan o‘rgangan holda yoritib berishga harakat qilingan. Shuningdek, xalqaro tashkilot doirasida nizolarni hal etishning har bir bosqichlariga alohida to‘xtalib o‘tilib, shakllanish tartibi, muddatlari va ko‘rib chiqilishi bayon etilgan.
