Abstract

This article analyzes the evolution of legislation in the field of Islamic financial law in foreign countries. It examines models of integrating Islamic finance into modern legislation, in particular, the unique experience of various states in this area, their achievements and shortcomings. The article also examines in detail the structure, powers and features of the activities of Sharia councils, as well as the scope of powers and approaches of financial regulators to Islamic finance. The work identifies current trends, features and prospects of Islamic financial law. The article serves as a basis for developing scientific proposals and recommendations for improving legislation in the field of Islamic finance.
