Мазкур мақолада прокуратура органлари фаолиятининг халқаро стандартлари ва уларнинг
аҳамияти таҳлил қилиган. Халқаро прокурорлар ассоциацияси (ХПА) ва Бирлашган
Миллатлар Ташкилоти Гиёҳвандлик ва жиноятчилик бўйича бошқармаси (UNODC)
томонидан ишлаб чиқилган прокуратура фаолияти бўйича халқаро стандартлар, уларнинг
принциплари ва амалга ошириш механизмлари ўрганилган. Мақолада прокурорлар
мустақиллиги, одиллик ва холислик тамойиллари, шунингдек, прокуратура тизимини
мустаҳкамлашга қаратилган халқаро тажрибалар таҳлил қилинади. Прокурорлар
фаолиятидаги ҳуқуқий кафолатлар, ҳисобдорлик, суд тизими ва ижро ҳокимияти билан
муносабатлар, шунингдек, прокурорларнинг тайинланиши, малака ошириши ва лавозимдан
озод қилиниши бўйича халқаро меъёрлар ҳақида фикр юритилади. Мақолада прокурорлик
фаолиятининг халқаро стандартларига мос келиши учун амалий таклифлар ва тавсиялар
