Ushbu maqolada ma’lumotlarning taqsimlangan reyestri (DTR) texnologiyasi va smart-kontraktlarning fuqarolik-huquqiy tartibga solinishiga doir milliy qonunchilikdagi mavjud holat, muammolar va takomillashtirish zaruriyati tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli iqtisodiyotning asosiy komponentlaridan biri bo‘lgan DTR va smart-kontraktlar huquqiy tizim tomonidan qanday qabul qilinayotgani, amaldagi qonun hujjatlarining bu texnologiyalarni qamrab olishi darajasi, shuningdek, xorijiy tajriba bilan solishtirgan holda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligining ushbu sohadagi afzalliklari va kamchiliklari yoritiladi.
