Raqamli texnologiyalarning rivojlanishi bugungi kunda sun’iy intellektning (SI) yaratilishiga olib keldi. Sun’iy intellektdan foydalanish imkoniyatining kengayishi ijtimoiy taraqqiyotning keskin o‘zgarishiga turtki beradi. Shu bilan birga, jamiyat oldida, birinchi navbatda, SIni huquqiy tartibga solish bilan bog‘liq bir qator muammoli masalalar yuzaga kelmoqda. Maqolada sun’iy intellektdan foydalanish sohasidagi AQSh, Xitoy va Yevropa Ittifoqi tajribasi tahlil qilingan va sun’iy intellektni huquqiy tartibga solishning eng dolzarb masalalariga e’tibor qaratilgan.
