Ushbu maqolada O'zbekiston Respublikasida jinoyat qonunchiligining zamonaviy ilmiy yondashuvlar asosida transformatsiyasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda 2018 va 2026 yillar oralig'ida amalga oshirilgan qonunchilik islohotlari, xususan, shartli ravishda ozod qilish tizimini takomillashtirish, muqobil jazo choralarini kengaytirish, mahkumlar uchun huquqiy kafolatlarni kuchaytirish va jinoiy sanksiyalarni insonparvarlashtirishga qaratilgan innovatsiyalar o'rganiladi. Ushbu maqolada rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasining qiyosiy tahlili keltirilgan va axloq tuzatish ishlari va ozodlikni cheklashdan kelib chiqadigan muammolar, shuningdek, reintegratsiya mexanizmlarining samaradorligi o'rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga asoslanib, jinoiy javobgarlikka tortish siyosatini takomillashtirish, muqobil sanksiyalar samaradorligini oshirish va jazoni ijro etish tizimini innovatsion boshqarishni rivojlantirish bo'yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar va tavsiyalar ilgari surildi.
