Ushbu maqolada Oilaviy nizolarni hal qilishda mediatsiyasining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari, maqsad va vazifalari, tomonlarning huquq va erkinliklarining ishonchli himoyasini taminlash hamda ularning oila huquqi sohasida muammolarini hal etishning zamonaviy mexanizmlaridan biri mediatsiyani joriy qilish borasida amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, Oilaviy nizolarini hal qilishning mediatsiya usuli yuridik olimlar tomonidan sohaga doir olib borilgan tadqiqot ishlari va rivojlangan davlatlar tajribalari asosida tahlil qilingan.
