STAGES OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF OPERATIONAL-SEARCH ACTIVITIES IN UZBEKISTAN

The article is devoted to the history of formation and development of operational search activities in Uzbekistan. The development of operational search activities is studied in several stages. Each stage included a certain number of periods. It is indicated that the formation and development of operational search activities are associated with the emergence and development of States. On February 28, 1918, the creation of the criminal investigation Department served to develop operational search activities in Uzbekistan. It is based on the fact that in Uzbekistan from 1991 to the present, that is, the conduct of operational search activities and the use of their results cover the period regulated by law.
