Ушбу мақолада телекоммуникация шартномаларини тузиш жараёнида сунъий интеллектдан (СИ) фойдаланиш мумкин бўлган афзалликлар ва муаммолар қиёсий таҳлил қилинган. Шунингдек, мақолада сунъий интеллект орқали одатий вазифаларни автоматлаштириш, хатоларни камайтириш ва мижозлар маълумотлари асосида шахсий тавсиялар бериш орқали шартнома тузиш жараёнини соддалаштириши мумкинлиги таҳлил қилинган. Шу билан бирга, мақолада, шартнома тузишда сунъий интеллектдан фойдаланиш билан боғлиқ бўлиши мумкин бўлган ҳуқуқий муаммолар, масалан, шаффофлик, жавобгарлик ва тарафларнинг тенглиги каби масалалар ўрганилган. Умуман олганда, ушбу мақола сунъий интеллект телекоммуникация саноатини қандай ўзгартириши ва уни амалга ошириш ва тартибга солиш бўйича муҳим саволларни кўтариши ҳақида қимматли маълумотларни тақдим этади.
