Maqolada muallif O‘zbekiston Respublikasining intellektual mulk obyektlariga bo‘lgan huquqlarni himoya qilishda huquqni qo‘llash amaliyoti va sud amaliyotida kuzatilayotgan muammolarning yechimini Germaniya Federativ Respublikasi huquqiy tizimi bilan solishtirish yo‘li bilan ta’minlashga harakat qilgan. Germaniya sudlarida intellektual mulk huquqlariga oid nizolarni ko‘rib chiqish, ushbu sudlar tomonidan zararni qoplash masalasida tajribani qiyosiy o‘rganish va O‘zbekiston sud tizimida ushbu turdagi ishlarni ko‘rib chiqishni solishtirish taklif etilmoqda.
