Maqolada jinoyat protsessiga sun’iy intellektni joriy etish masalasining hozirgi holati, uning Yevropa axloq xartiyasi (CEPEJ) va sun’iy intellektning axloqiy yo‘riqnomasida huquqiy kodifikatsiyasi tahlil qilinadi. Muallif ayrim xorijiy mamlakatlar jinoyat protsessida mavjud bo’lgan algoritmlardan foydalanish masalalarini ko‘rib chiqqan. Mazkur tezisda jinoyat protsessining muqarrar ravishda raqamlashtirilishi sudyaga tashkiliy-huquqiy faoliyatda ko‘maklashish, odil sudlovning ochiqligi, oshkoraligini ta’minlash, fuqarolarning huquq va manfaatlarini, himoya qilish huquqlarini kafolatlash, ish yuritishni soddalashtirish va sud jarayonlarini tezlashtirishga yordam berishi kerakligi haqidagi fikrkar asoslab berilgan. Sudyani sun'iy intellekt bilan almashtirish mumkin emas, chunki hukm chiqarish sudyaning ma'naviy qadriyatlari, kasbiy va kundalik tajribasi bilan bog'liq bo'lib, uni avtomatlashtirilgan tizim bilan ta'minlab bo'lmaydi.
