Konsullik huquqi fani kasbga tayyorlash o‘quv yuklamasining asosiy va majburiy qismiga kiradi hamda Xalqaro huquq yo‘nalishida muhim fan tarmog‘i bo‘lib hisoblanadi. Konsullik himoyasi instituti o‘z huquqiy mohiyatiga ko‘ra tarmoqlararo xarakterdagi xalqaro huquq institutidir. Konsullik huquqi fani o‘qitilishida zamonaviy yondashuvlar ham muhimdir. Konsullik huquqi – bu xalqaro shartnomalar va urf-odatlarda ifodalangan va zarur hollarda konsullar hamda konsulxona xodimlarining maqomi va faoliyatiga oid davlatlar ichki qonunchiligi doirasidagi normalari bilan birlashtirilgan murakkab huquqiy bilimlar majmuasini ifoda etadi Maqolada mazkur masalalar batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi.
