FUNCTIONAL POSSIBILITIES OF STATE SOCIAL PROTECTION POLICY IN ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN UZBEKISTAN AND THEIR LEGAL ANALYSIS

Individuals with disabilities are one of the special entities of social protection policy. The reason is that this category of individuals are additional needy needs under the influence of their abilities restrictions. We know that this category of individuals are regularly supported by the state through social policy. The state social protection policy has created a number of opportunities and benefits for this category of individuals, labor, social and maintenance. Similar privileges serve optimizing the lives of persons with disabilities, realistic improvement.
