СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЯ О ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ, ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ МЕДУЛЛОБЛАСТОМЫ (Анализ литературы)

Медуллобластома (МБ) является наиболее распространенной эмбриональной опухолью центральной нервной системы, и хотя общий показатель излечения составляет около 70%, у больных, страдающих этим заболеванием, исходы неблагоприятны, а продолжительность заболевания сохраняется длительное время. Диагностика MБ, оценка риска и клиническое значение являются одними из самых быстрорастущих областей нейроонкологии. Эти успехи в основном связаны с технологическими возможностями диагностики и идентификации риска, которые теперь позволяют сочетать гистоморфологическую и молекулярную классификацию. MБ послужит прототипом для других типов опухолей головного мозга в том, как эффективно интегрировать морфологические и геномные данные для стратификации клинико-патологического риска и помочь в разработке инновационных клинических испытаний для доказательной медицины. В данном обзоре анализируются успехи, достигнутые в диагностике и классификации МБ в современных лабораториях нейронаук.
