Abstract

This article analyzes the relationship between philosophical knowledge and scientific research and methodology, as well as the role of philosophical reasoning in scientific activity and its significance in the development of scientific inquiry. Philosophical knowledge serves to shape the main approaches to managing scientific activity and helps generate new knowledge and ideas at every stage of research. The article substantiates the methodological, gnoseological, ontological, and practical dimensions of philosophical knowledge in science. It also explains how the philosophical foundations of scientific research relate to scientific methods and the development of science.
