HARMONY AND COOPERATION: THE FEMININE DIMENSION OF DIPLOMACY

The article provides a philosophical and political-science analysis
of the female dimension of diplomacy in the context of the transformation of the
contemporary system of international relations. Special attention is paid to the
categories of harmony and cooperation as key values of women’s diplomacy. The
role of women in the resolution of international conflicts, peacebuilding, the
development of intercivilizational dialogue, and humanitarian diplomacy is
examined. The interrelation between women’s diplomacy and the concept of “soft
power,” the philosophy of peace, and the ethics of responsibility is substantiated.
The article concludes that expanding women’s participation in diplomatic activity
is an important prerequisite for the sustainable and humanistic development of
international relations.
