INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL CLUSTER AS A FACTOR OF THE COUNTRY’S SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: A SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS
Keywords:

The article analyzes, from a sociological perspective, the significant role of integrating education, science, and production in the country’s socio-economic development. Innovative clusters are interpreted not merely as economic or organizational structures, but as systems of institutions, social relations, trust, cooperation, and institutional linkages. On this basis, the «enterprise – university – research organization” partnership is revealed as an important institutional mechanism that contributes to the development of human capital, the enhancement of innovative capacity, and the achievement of sustainable development. In addition, a sociological model based on the institutional and functional coherence of education, science, entrepreneurship, public administration, civil society, and environmental factors is systematized.
