INNOVATSION TA’LIM KLASTERI MAMLAKATNI IJTIMOIY-IQTISODIY RIVOJLANTIRISH OMILI SIFATIDA: SOTSIOLOGIK TAHLIL

Maqolada ta’lim, ilm-fan va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasining mamlakat ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishidagi muhim ahamiyati sotsiologik yondashuv asosida tahlil qilindi. Innovatsion klasterlar iqtisodiy yoki tashkiliy tuzilma sifatida emas, balki institutlar, ijtimoiy munosabatlar, ishonch, hamkorlik va institutsional aloqalar tizimi sifatida talqin etiladi. Shu asosda «korxona – oliygoh – ilmiy tashkilot» hamkorligi inson kapitalini rivojlantirish, innovatsion salohiyatni yuksaltirish va barqaror taraqqiyotni ta’minlashga xizmat qiluvchi muhim institutsional mexanizm sifatida ochib berildi. Ta’lim, ilm-fan, tadbirkorlik, davlat boshqaruvi, jamoatchilik hamda ekologik omillarning institutsional va funksional uyg‘unligiga tayanuvchi sotsiologik model shaklida tizimlashtirildi.
