SOCIO-ECONOMIC FACTORS OF THE DYNAMICS OF INFORMAL EMPLOYMENT OF YOUTH IN KARAKALPAKSTAN

The article analyzes the economic reforms carried out in recent years in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the process of the region's exit from the subsidy regime and achieving economic independence, as well as strategic objectives for youth employment. The dynamics of informal employment in Uzbekistan is largely determined by the economic, environmental and demographic characteristics of the region. Thus, a set of measures aimed at expanding the capabilities of small businesses, making them competitive at an official employment, is a set of measures aimed at increasing the competitiveness of small businesses. The article examines the impact of unprecedented tax incentives, the influx of foreign investment and new industrial projects on the standard of living of the region's population. Practical proposals were also put forward to train 50,000 young people entering the labor market annually in modern professions and provide them with high-paying jobs.
