О НЕКОТОРЫХ МЕЖДУНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВЫХ АСПЕКТАХ ПРИНЦИПА ДОБРОСОСЕДСТВА МЕЖДУ ГОСУДАРСТВАМИ

В настоящей статье автор анализирует вопросы относительно определения и юридических свойств принципа добрососедства в современном международном праве. Несмотря на частое упоминание принципа добрососедства в основных источниках современного международного права и в концептуальных документах внешней политики стран мира, в том числе Узбекистана, в юридической литературе, особенно в отечественных доктринальных источниках наблюдается острая нехватка юридического осмысления принципа добрососедства. Используя общенаучные и специальные методы: системный анализ; структурно-юридический, диалектический, исторический подходы; метод логической дедукции и индукции, а также метод сравнительного правоведения автор попытается раскрыть юридическую суть и свойства принципа добрососедства между государствами.
