ANALYSIS OF THE HAUSING MORTGAGE MARKET IN UZBEKISTAN

The housing mortgage market in Uzbekistan has been rapidly developing in recent years, playing an important role in increasing the level of housing provision for the population. The mortgage lending system in the country is strengthened by its legal framework, state programs, and financing mechanisms with the participation of commercial banks. This article analyzes the main trends, legal and economic aspects of the development of the mortgage market in Uzbekistan. In addition, it examines the reforms aimed at improving the efficiency of the mortgage lending market and explores opportunities for comparison with international practices.
