Abstract

The development of the information sphere, the widespread introduction of information and communication technologies is important for the economic development of the country, the introduction of modern technologies in all spheres of society, the formation of an information society. The dynamism and progressiveness of information relations implies an objective need to review and improve the sphere of ensuring the protection of the individual, society and the state in the information sphere. Undoubtedly, the effective functioning and implementation of the constitutional norm on freedom of search and access to information require the adoption of comprehensive measures. Today, a natural question has arisen all over the world about the need for a radical review of the information security system, including the formation of the foundations of state policy in the field of information security to combat cybercrime.
