FEATURES OF EXPERT PARTICIPATION IN THE ECONOMIC PROCESS

In this article, the role and participation of a forensic expert in the economic process, participation problems, providing expert conclusions, among other evidence, the concept of an expert, concept of “special knowledge”, methods and object of research, the main tasks of a forensic expert, the form of an expert opinion, a court decision on the appointment of an expert, the bodies conducting the expertise, the legal status of the expert, requirements for an expert, examination of expert's procedural legal ability, reliability of expert opinion, the scope of persons who cannot be involved in the process as a forensic expert, the expert's self-refusal basis, expert opinion, call an expert, questioning him, the court expert to give a conclusion, opinions and comments expressed by scientists on the participation of an expert as a witness based on foreign experience, the latest amendments and additions to the legislation, and knowingly giving a false opinion by an expert criminal responsibility for the case, as well as to determine the goals and nature of the expert's activity at various stages of the performance of his duties, the procedural legal documents were analyzed and suggestions and recommendations were made for improvement.
