ОБЩЕСТВЕННЫЙ КОНТРОЛЬ В ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ ОРГАНОВ ПРОКУРАТУРЫ И ЕГО ПРАВОВЫЕ ГРАНИЦЫ

В статье анализируются вопросы общественного контроля за деятельностью органов прокуратуры, независимости и подотчетности прокуроров, а также их роль в правовом и демократическом государстве. Общественный контроль осуществляется гражданами, неправительственными организациями и другими субъектами общества с целью обеспечения соблюдения прокуратурой принципов законности, справедливости, прозрачности и подотчетности. В статье рассматривается баланс между независимостью прокуратуры и общественным контролем, анализируется международный опыт (Европа, Германия, Нидерланды, Франция), стандарты ООН и Совета Европы, а также законодательство Республики Узбекистан. Также обсуждаются механизмы судебного контроля и процессуальные ограничения, ограничение давления со стороны общества и политического вмешательства. Статья подчеркивает значимость поддержания баланса между независимостью прокуратуры и правовой подотчетностью для современного правового государства.
