ПРОКУРАТУРА ОРГАНЛАРИ ФАОЛИЯТИДА ЖАМОАТЧИЛИК НАЗОРАТИ ВА УНИНГ ҲУҚУҚИЙ ЧЕГАРАЛАРИ

Мақолада прокуратура органлари фаолиятида жамоатчилик назорати, прокурорларнинг мустақиллиги ва ҳисобдорлиги масалалари ҳамда уларнинг ҳуқуқий-демократик давлатдаги роли таҳлил қилинади. Жамоатчилик назорати фуқаролар, нодавлат ташкилотлар ва бошқа жамият субъектлари томонидан прокуратуранинг қонунийлик, одиллик, шаффофлик ва ҳисобдорлик принципларига риоя этилишини таъминлайди. Мақолада прокуратуранинг мустақиллиги билан жамоатчилик назорати ўртасидаги мувозанат, халқаро тажриба (Европа, Германия, Нидерландия, Франция), БМТ ва Европа Кенгаши стандартлари, шунингдек, Ўзбекистон Республикаси қонунчилиги таҳлили асосида муҳокама қилинади. Шу билан бирга, прокурорлар фаолияти устидан суд орқали назорат ва процессуал чекловлар механизмлари, жамоатчилик босими ва сиёсий аралашувнинг чекланиши муҳимлигини кўрсатади. Мақола прокуратура мустақиллиги ва ҳуқуқий ҳисобдорлик ўртасидаги мувозанатни таъминлашнинг замонавий ҳуқуқий давлат учун аҳамиятини таъкидлайди.
