Ushbu maqolada huquqiy axborotni tarqatish va undan samarali foydalanishni ta’minlash mexanizmlari, shuningdek, mazkur sohadagi asosiy tartib-taomillarning evolyutsiyasi tahlil qilinadi. Yevropa Ittifoqi mamlakatlari va Yangi Zelandiyaning ilg‘or tajribasi o‘rganilib, normativ-huquqiy hujjatlarni tarqatish mexanizmlari doktrinal asosda tadqiq etiladi. Shuningdek, huquqiy axborotni tarqatishning institutsional rivojlanish bosqichlari aniqlanadi. Maqolada mavjud mexanizmlarni takomillashtirishga qaratilgan ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi. Tadqiqot natijasida huquqiy axborotning ommaviyligi, ochiqligi va undan foydalanish imkoniyatlarini ta’minlashning samarali mexanizmlari bo‘yicha xulosalar shakllantiriladi. Tadqiqotda huquqiy axborotning raqamli muhitda tezkor, ishonchli va qulay shaklda yetkazilishini ta’minlash masalalariga ham alohida e’tibor qaratiladi.
