In our country, the honor and dignity of a person are considered to be the highest value, protection of the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of a person is legally enshrined. The article highlights scientific approaches to various aspects of human trafficking and illegal migration and identification of victims of human trafficking, protection and social rehabilitation, provision of medical, psychological and other assistance to citizens who have become victims of such crimes, covers the investigation and criminal prosecution of persons involved in human trafficking and removing the conditions that allow such crimes to be committed.
