В нашей стране честь и достоинство человека являются высшей ценностью, законодательно закреплена защита прав и свобод и законных интересов человека. В статье освещается научные подходы к различным аспектам торговли людьми и незаконной миграции и идентификации жертв торговли людьми, защита и социальная реабилитация, оказание медицинской, психологической и иной помощи гражданам, ставшим жертвами таких преступлений, охватываются расследование и уголовное преследование лиц, причастных к торговле людьми, а также устранение условий, позволяющих совершать такие преступления.
