##article.abstract##

Ushbu maqolada AQSh, Buyuk Britaniya, Turkiya va BAA xorijiy tajribasini inobatga olgan holda O'zbekiston Respublikasida mehnat nizolarida mediatsiya institutsional infratuzilmasini tashkil etish va rivojlantirish masalalari o'rganiladi. Mediatsiyaning davlat va aralash xizmat modellari, ularning tashkiliy-huquqiy asoslari va samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Samarali institutsional infratuzilma mehnat-huquq munosabatlarida mediatsiyani muvaffaqiyatli joriy etishning zaruriy sharti ekanligi aniqlandi. Qiyosiy tahlil asosida ixtisoslashtirilgan davlat organini va mediatorlar reyestrini tashkil etish, professional standartlar va mediatorlarni tayyorlash dasturlarini ishlab chiqish hamda mediatsiyani O'zbekiston Respublikasida mehnat nizolarini hal etishning boshqa institutlari bilan integratsiya qilish bo'yicha aniq takliflar shakllantirildi.
